Is the free tier actually free?
Yes. Three benchmark reports per calendar month, no card required. The full report is visible — there are no locked sections in a free report. After 3, you wait for next month or sign up.
Where does the data come from?
Public profile data only. We never ask for a creator’s password, never run paid-promotion detection on private accounts, and follow each platform’s public API surface and rate limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Self-serve in the dashboard. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No retention call, no exit survey, no cancellation discount-pop-up.
Do you have an API?
Not on these plans. CreatorBenchmarks is built for humans, not workflows. If you need programmatic access at scale, email us and we'll talk.
